My 2 daughters and I have been attending AMA for several years. Patrick is very knowledgeable and knows a lot of different styles. We learn self-defense, Taekwondo, and groundwork in addition to kickboxing. The actual gym is very basic but has everything you need. There are 4 hanging heavy bags, multiple floor mounted punching bags and parking is great.
